Position Overview:

As a key member of the Kenton Black team, you will play a vital role in providing engineering support to ensure the effective execution of maintenance operations within our Facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engineering assistance to facilitate both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to business and regulatory standards throughout all maintenance activities.
  • Oversee compliance with environmental, health, safety, and future regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the management and completion of Facilities PEMAC schedules.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of external contractors, including the issuance of necessary permits.
  • Develop and update site layout drawings for Facilities.
  • Support the Pharma Services team in executing planned and unplanned maintenance tasks.
  • Coordinate weekly maintenance routines to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation related to Facilities maintenance.
  • Be prepared for occasional weekend supervisory duties to ensure the completion of maintenance tasks.
Quality Assurance:
  • Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across all operational areas.
Health & Safety Compliance:
  • Understand and adhere to the company's Health & Safety Policy, promptly reporting any incidents or unsafe conditions.
Training and Development:
  • Ensure appropriate training is completed prior to undertaking specific responsibilities and maintain accurate training records.
Human Resource Management:
  • Comply with HR policies, including procedures related to absence.
Communication:
  • Provide regular updates to your line manager regarding progress and project status.
