About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at The Entertainer. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Sales: Process sales transactions accurately, securely, and efficiently through the till points, and actively promote add-ons to customers.
  • Stock Management: Safely handle and accept deliveries, maintain stock room areas, and ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Shift Work: Work a 20-hour contract, typically 4-hour shifts over 5 days, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
