Job Summary:

The 3.5 Tonne Delivery Driver position at Gregory Distribution involves making multi-drop deliveries of pallets to commercial and private addresses in the South West region. This role requires a high level of customer service, effective communication, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload vehicles using a tail lift, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Make regular contact with the transport team to update on progress and manage customer expectations.
  • Attend regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Full UK driving license with the ability to drive up to 3.5 tons.
  • Previous experience in multi-drop delivery is advantageous, but training will be provided.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage time effectively.
  • Confident, polite, and a team player with good geographical knowledge.
  • Fitness, flexibility, and a strong work ethic are essential for this role.
