Position Overview

We are in search of a driven and seasoned IP Litigation attorney with substantial experience in FRAND (Fair, Reasonable and Non-Discriminatory) issues to enhance our expanding team. This role is pivotal in managing all phases of patent litigation, particularly concerning FRAND conflicts linked to standard-essential patents (SEPs).

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee all elements of patent litigation cases, from initial advice through to trial and subsequent phases.
  2. Formulate and execute effective litigation strategies for clients engaged in FRAND disputes.
  3. Conduct detailed legal research and craft compelling written arguments.
  4. Maintain client relationships and provide updates on case progress.
  5. Collaborate effectively with senior attorneys and professionals across various disciplines.

Required Qualifications

  1. Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience.
  2. Extensive background in IP litigation, with a proven history in FRAND matters.
  3. Profound understanding of UK and European patent legislation, including SEP licensing.
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  5. Capacity to operate independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
