We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Health Care Assistant to join our team at LycaHealth. As a valued member of our clinical support team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support in our Breast Care Clinic.
Key Responsibilities:- Support clinical colleagues in the Breast Care Clinic
- Provide high-quality patient care and support throughout the appointment process
- Chaperone patients in various specialties
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times
- Caring and compassionate attitude
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Enthusiasm and interest in caring for people
- Mental resilience to work in a changing and challenging environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
