Role Overview
This role is responsible for championing the introduction of electronic ordering throughout the EU CT business. The successful candidate will serve as an apprentice under the existing owner of this role and will take over full responsibility for the work in March 2024.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop technical requirement documentation for electronic ordering
- Negotiate with the IT delivery team to ensure requirements are being delivered
- Maintain close contact with local regions to ensure culture change and business process change requirements are understood
- Track resulting business growth and cost savings
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of end customer needs and expectations, as well as Xylem's local processes. They will be able to connect eOrder with local ERP systems and participate in process and tool improvement projects.
