- Bring demonstrable experience in fostering a positive safety culture within a workplace setting.
Desirable Skills:
- Hold a Technical Membership with IOSH (TechIOSH).
- Have experience managing safety across multiple sites.
- Possess a background in the manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrate expertise in designing and delivering training programs.
- Have experience developing and implementing Mental Health and Wellbeing policies.
