At James Chase, we're seeking a talented Hybrid Consultant to join our Delivery team. As a key member of our Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing services team, you'll work closely with clients to deliver functional and technical solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Oracle Supply Chain and Manufacturing software solutions, including Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM), Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM), and Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP).
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer-facing skills, including presentation and presales support.
  • Work within a support environment, adhering to ITIL-based working practices.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Oracle E-Business Suite products with other systems and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivering significant business and system change using Oracle EBS.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Oracle Supply Chain and Manufacturing software solutions.
  • Previous experience working within a support environment, underpinned by ITIL-based working practices.
  • Exceptional customer-facing skills, including presentation and presales support.
  • Security Clearance is required.
  • ITIL v3 Certification would be desirable.
