Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the Marketing Team: Assist the Marketing Manager and wider Marketing team in achieving key business and strategic marketing growth objectives.
  2. Deliver Marketing Campaigns: Deliver marketing campaigns across both online and offline marketing channels, including direct mail, email, SMS, outbound telephony, digital marketing, and more.
  3. Develop Innovative Ideas: Recommend innovative marketing campaign ideas and new initiatives to help grow the business.
  4. Liaise with Stakeholders: Liaise with internal stakeholders and prepare documentation, including creative briefs.
  5. Analysis and Evaluation: Continuous analysis and evaluation of marketing campaigns and journeys to improve performance.
  6. Branding and Merchandising: Be a key part of the creative process for branding and merchandising.
  7. Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package, including Excel.
  8. Team Player: A team player that can also excel when working independently.
  9. Language Skills: Knowledge of additional European languages is desirable.
  10. Travel: Willing to travel within the EU and long-haul.
