• Monitoring and Management: Monitor blood sugar levels and IV, manage wounds, and administer oxygen as needed.
• Treatment Planning: Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Team Leadership: Oversee a team of care assistants and provide guidance and support as needed.
• Collaboration: Liaise with the GP and multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
