Position Overview

Oracle Cloud Human Resources Consultant

The Oracle Cloud Human Resources Consultant will be instrumental in enhancing and refining the current Oracle Human Resources Management (HRM) system. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of Oracle's fundamental HR capabilities and the capacity to guide a dedicated team through intricate system enhancements. Responsibilities include the complete design of processes and the integration of Oracle data with various Business Intelligence tools, including Cube and PowerBI.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. System Enhancement and Refinement:
    • Evaluate the existing Oracle HRM configuration and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
    • Lead the adjustment of Oracle HRM to better serve the organization's requirements.
    • Ensure that system configurations adhere to compliance and regulatory guidelines.
  2. Team Management:
    • Oversee and guide a team of IT and HR specialists.
    • Assign tasks and ensure the timely achievement of project objectives.
    • Facilitate training and skill development for team members on Oracle HRM features.
  3. Process Development and Execution:
    • Create and execute comprehensive HR processes utilizing Oracle HRM.
    • Guarantee smooth integration of HR processes across various modules and systems.
    • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other divisions to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency.
  4. Data Integration and Reporting:
    • Devise and implement strategies for data integration between Oracle HRM, Cube, PowerBI, and other analytical platforms.
    • Ensure data consistency and accuracy across interconnected systems.
    • Establish reporting and analytical capabilities to support informed decision-making.
  5. System Support and Maintenance:
  • Provide technical guidance in diagnosing and resolving Oracle HRM challenges.
  • Conduct routine system evaluations to uphold data integrity and security.
  • Remain informed about the latest Oracle HRM updates and industry best practices.
