Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.
  • Performing preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and extend the lifespan of equipment.
  • Handling basic repairs and maintenance tasks, including diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
  • Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary, ensuring that work is completed to a high standard.
