Private Client Tax Semi-Senior Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Client Tax Semi-Senior to join our team at Michael Page Finance. As a key member of our tax department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Private Client Tax function, with a focus on compliance and advisory work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Private Client Tax team with compliance and advisory work, including tax returns, planning, and advisory services.
  • Work closely with Managers/Partners to support Corporate Tax & VAT compliance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their tax needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and regulations, ensuring our clients receive the best possible advice.
Requirements:
  • Part-qualified or qualified ATT or CTA status.
  • 2+ years of experience working in a tax department in practice.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in tax software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000, depending on experience.
  • Potential for hybrid working arrangements.
  • CTA study contract for those wishing to pursue further qualifications.
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, plus additional time off for Christmas shutdown.
