Job Summary

We are seeking a Guest Service Representative to join our team at Holiday Inn Express London - Earls Court. As a Guest Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns, and ensuring that their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that guest needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to hotel standards and policies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software systems.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
