We are seeking a highly skilled EHSS Manager to join our team at Schneider Electric. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental sustainability of our operations.

• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards, and identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization.
• Environmental Sustainability: Develop and implement strategies to reduce our environmental footprint, including energy efficiency and waste reduction initiatives.
• Health and Safety: Lead the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures, and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.
• Sustainability and Risk Management: Develop and implement sustainability and risk management strategies to ensure the long-term success of the organization.
• Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners, to ensure that health, safety, and environmental sustainability goals are met.

• Education: A degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, health and safety, or a related discipline.
• Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in a health, safety, and environmental role, with a proven track record of success in a similar position.
• Skills and Attributes: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards, as well as sustainability and risk management principles.
