As a key member of our People Development function, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, commercially focused learning and development initiatives that support our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the People Development Manager to ensure the quality and effectiveness of all learning and development initiatives.
  • Lead the planning, organization, and implementation of learning and development activities, including instructor-led virtual sessions, coaching, and face-to-face training.
  • Act as a subject matter expert within the People Development Team, providing guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders on best practices in learning and development.
  • Supervise and mentor team members, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Support the ongoing project management of learning and development initiatives, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Develop and maintain processes and procedures to streamline workflows and improve the efficiency of our learning and development function.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver performance-focused learning and development activities to audiences across the organization, using a range of delivery methods.
  • Conduct follow-up activities to ensure the impact of learning and development initiatives and identify areas for further development.
  • Participate in the learning design process to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of learning and development interventions.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to individuals, helping them to achieve their personal and professional goals.
  • Work with line managers to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted learning and development initiatives to address these needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with current learning and development best practices and apply this knowledge to inform our learning and development strategy.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, training delivery, and coaching skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality learning and development initiatives that meet business objectives.
  • Ability to analyze data to inform learning and development needs and improve the effectiveness of our learning and development function.
  • Commercial mindset, high levels of resilience, and ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, organization, and time management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
