About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part Time Branch Assistant Driver. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the driver with deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Contribute to the upkeep of the warehouse and delivery vehicles, ensuring a safe and organized working environment
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a wholesale or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and delivery procedures
