Flight Planning and Air Traffic Control Specialist

We're seeking a highly organized and analytical individual to join our Flight Planning and ATC Team at Leeds Bradford Airport. As our Flight Planning and ATC Controller, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our flying programme.
Key Responsibilities:- Compile accurate flight paperwork and reduce delays allocated to all flights in relation to Air Traffic Control regulations.
- Work closely with the wider Operations Team to ensure our operation and service delivery are supported.
- Highly organized with an analytical mind and in-depth understanding of flight operations.
- Previous experience of working in an aviation environment and be computer literate.
- Ability to read and assimilate technical data quickly and accurately, as well as be adaptable to changing situations.
- Willingness to work in a rostered position, with a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern to meet the demands of the flying programme.
