Job Title: Senior IT Systems Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Systems Engineer to join our Cross Functional Inventory Team at our Hinckley facility. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting our IT systems to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement IT systems to ensure high availability, performance, and security
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine requirements, issues, and opportunities
  • Maintain thorough preventative maintenance and documentation
  • Participate in Root Cause Analysis, Change Advisory Board, and other recurring business functions
  • Provide thought leadership and technical expertise to the wider IT organization
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technology, industry trends, and vendor strategies
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Work with our Managed Service Provider (MSP) to build relationships and leverage expertise

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in an IT engineering role
  • Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, DNS, DHCP, PKI, and Microsoft Azure
  • Strong experience in PowerShell, BASH, and defensive security
  • Broad experience with multiple technology platforms
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
