About the Role

This employed New Build Mortgage Adviser position in a busy, highly rated mortgage brokerage provides an opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the company's continued success.

You will receive a good volume of quality leads from new build property developers and will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage advice process, building strong relationships and promoting the business to potential buyers.

The new build property sales team will actively promote your mortgage services, and you will have the opportunity to proactively build relationships with the sales team to increase your lead flow.

Based on business opportunities available, you should aim to generate £10,000 in business per month. However, the company has several Mortgage Advisers who have achieved in excess of £150,000 - £200,000 per annum.

The Mortgage Advisers are heavily supported by Case Managers, who will chase mortgage submissions through to completion.

Requirements

  • You must hold full CeMAP or equivalent
  • You must have good experience as a Mortgage Advisor
  • Experience of working with new build mortgages would be beneficial

Benefits

  • Salary of £30,000 plus a tiered bonus structure with an OTE of £42,000 - £46,000
  • Working hours of 10am - 6pm, Monday to Friday
  • One weekend in four, which is both the Saturday and the Sunday (two days off in lieu provided)
