Class 1 Driver Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Class 1 Driver to join our logistics team in Coventry, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods across the UK, adhering to road and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate Class 1 vehicles for the transportation of goods, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct daily vehicle checks and maintain the vehicle's condition.
  • Follow scheduled routes and deliver goods on time, adhering to tachograph laws.
  • Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, ensuring efficient handling.
  • Report any vehicle issues or delays to management, maintaining accurate delivery records.
Requirements:
  • Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) driving license.
  • Driver CPC qualification and valid tachograph card.
  • Previous experience in long-haul or multi-drop driving, with a strong understanding of UK road networks.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, with good time management and customer service skills.
