Assistant Store Manager

Are you a motivated and customer-focused individual looking to take your retail career to the next level? We're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Cotswold Outdoor, part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Store Manager in driving store performance and delivering exceptional customer service
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide a premium shopping experience
- Manage inventory, stock, and audits, ensuring accurate records and efficient processes
- Develop and implement seasonal campaigns and promotions to drive sales and engagement
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to maintain high standards of presentation and visual merchandising
- Proven experience in retail management, with a focus on customer service and team leadership
- Strong understanding of store operations, including compliance, processes, and visual merchandising
- Ability to work collaboratively with the Store Manager and team to achieve business objectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approach
- Competitive base salary of £26,000 - £27,000 per annum
- Bonus scheme with potential earnings of up to £2,025 per annum
