Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
The chosen candidate will manage a varied caseload that includes both contentious and non-contentious matters for employer clients. They represent a wide array of clients, including SMEs, OMBs, and publicly listed companies.

Each day presents new challenges, as responsibilities may include:
- Drafting Settlement Agreements
- Providing corporate support for M&A activities
- Addressing a full spectrum of employment issues, including:
- Assisting with compliance under the Modern Slavery Act.
- Offering strategic advice on various projects (such as restructuring, modifying employment terms, and large-scale redundancy processes).
- Advising on Boardroom/SMT disputes.- Providing operational HR guidance.
- Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Representing clients in employment tribunal proceedings.
