We are seeking a passionate Pastry Section Leader to become a vital part of our culinary team on a full-time basis. This role will report directly to the Executive Chef and Head Chef.

Work Schedule: 5 days a week / Shift-based / Monday to Sunday with 2 days off.

Compensation: £28,000 per year + Service charge

We are in search of an individual with a robust background in the culinary arts, specifically as a Pastry Section Leader, possessing over 2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in managing specific kitchen areas, maintaining the highest standards of culinary quality, and contributing positively to the overall dining experience.

As a Pastry Section Leader , your responsibilities will include:

• Organizing and setting up your designated section
• Assisting senior chefs on a daily basis
• Crafting desserts for afternoon tea services
• Mentoring junior kitchen staff
• Upholding stringent health and safety regulations
• Ensuring efficient section organization
• Managing section inventory and orders
