Job Title: Guest Relations Manager

Frasers Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled Guest Relations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Front Office department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-class service to apartment guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our services and facilities, as well as the local area, to assist guests with any queries.
  • Lead and support the Front Office team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent service.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office department, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Manage staff teams, including property, to raise standards and ensure smooth operation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operations and customer service, and implement agreed actions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
