Gross Annual Salary: £33.5k

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Security Officer to join our team at Evensure Management. As a key representative of our company, you will serve as a visible deterrent while on patrol, challenging any suspicious behavior and recording all activities during your shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Access control, issuing of passes, receiving deliveries, directing contractors, and patrolling.
  2. Being available to cover shifts, occasionally at short notice.
  3. Attending your duty shift in full uniform and displaying your SIA license and Evensure Management Identification at all times.
  4. Reporting for duty at least 15 minutes before your official start time to complete a full duty handover and receive briefing on any site issues.
  5. Fully complying with all signing in and out procedures in the Assignment Log.
  6. Carrying out regular internal and external patrols in accordance with the AIs.
  7. Managing access to the site, ensuring access control procedures are adhered to.
  8. Recording all incidents occurring during your shift and ensuring all relevant logs are completed.

Requirements:

  1. Computer literate and tech aware.
  2. Experienced in the security industry, especially with Alarm and BSM systems.
  3. Holds a current valid SIA license.
  4. Preferably able to drive and have access to a vehicle.
  5. Living close to the Guildford area (20 Mile maximum).
  6. Able to demonstrate a high standard of customer service skills.
  7. Possessing a good standard of verbal and written communications.
  8. Eligible to work in the UK with a 5 year verifiable work history.
