Job Summary:

The Best Connection Group Ltd is seeking a reliable and skilled HGV Driver to join our team in a Class 2 Skip Driver role. As a Class 2 Skip Driver, you will be responsible for collecting skips around Hinkley Point and other locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting skips and other waste management equipment
  • Operating a Class 2 HGV vehicle in a safe and efficient manner
  • Ensuring all waste is collected and disposed of in accordance with regulations
  • Working closely with our operations team to ensure smooth delivery of services

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £16.50 (PAYE) for Monday to Friday work
  • £24.75 (PAYE) for overtime work after 48 hours
  • Weekly pay and online pay slips
  • 28 days paid annual leave pro-rata for PAYE employees
  • Pension contribution
  • Choice of long-term, short-term, and odd days or weekends available
  • Flexible shift pattern
  • Possible permanent positions following a successful trial period

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 2 HGV license
