Job Summary

We're seeking a Relief Chef to join our team at South West Larder. As a Relief Chef, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, preparing delicious meals, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and cook a variety of meals to the highest standards
* Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service
* Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas
* Maintain accurate records of food inventory and stock levels

Requirements

* Must have a valid driving license
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Security Clearance

Successful applicants will be required to provide a three-year employment history and five-year address history to work on Hinkley Point C. They must also provide in-date photographic ID and proof of right to work in the UK to obtain security clearance.
