About the Lead Estimator Position:

  • We are in search of a Lead Estimator with a solid traditional background to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Pre-Construction Manager, you will oversee the tendering process, manage multiple bids autonomously, and work closely with the Pre-Construction Planner and Proposals Manager.
  • Experience in Design and Build projects, particularly within the residential and educational sectors, is essential.
  • Proficiency in generating Bills of Quantities adhering to SMM7 or NRM standards is a must.
  • Familiarity with software tools such as Causeway, Bluebeam, and CAD measure is preferred for precise estimate development.
  • This position offers a clear trajectory for advancement to a Managing Estimator role based on your expertise and performance.
