Key Responsibilities- Maintain high cleanliness standards in our building, working closely with your team to ensure a spotless and hygienic environment.
- Encourage resident participation in maintaining their living spaces, providing cleaning supplies, and supervising and training others.
- Collaborate with the Unit Manager and senior staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful team culture, upholding our Christian ethos and values.
- Basic computer literacy and a warm, friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing unit needs.
- Membership of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and completion of necessary vetting checks.
