About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team at Rubber Duck Cars in Ellesmere Port. As a key member of our garage, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of workmanship in all aspects of vehicle maintenance and repair.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, including diagnostics and troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with our service manager to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business.
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Comply with all health and safety procedures and regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques.
Requirements
  • Level 3 qualified Technician with a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance.
  • Full and valid driving license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexible approach and positive attitude, with a commitment to achieving complete customer satisfaction.
