About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager / Senior Manager to join our team at BDO UK. As a key member of our Tax team, you'll be responsible for providing expert tax compliance and advisory services to a wide range of clients with an international presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients and assist with the development of targets to ensure business growth.
  • Provide assistance to senior members of staff in client work and team management.
  • Proactively manage your own workload, communicating with directors/partners on a regular basis.
  • Identify and highlight opportunities to develop new work.
Requirements
  • Significant understanding of and previous experience within expatriate tax compliance.
  • Demonstration of knowledge in respect of various tax reimbursement methods, payroll internationally, and international social security.
  • Knowledge of recent key updates and areas of focus in expatriate tax.
  • Expatriate tax advisory experience.
  • Ability to manage a large and varied client portfolio.
  • Demonstrable staff management experience.
  • Ability to actively seek opportunities for selling new services to existing clients.
  • Experience of dealing with client senior management and key stakeholders.
