Key Responsibilities- Deliver Pharmaceutical Care: Promote and deliver pharmaceutical care to patients within our Care Group and across the hospital.
- Contribute to Clinical Pharmacy Services: Contribute to and adhere to clinical pharmacy service standards, providing evidence-based clinical advice and information to nursing and medical staff.
- Participate in Multidisciplinary Teams: Regularly participate in multidisciplinary ward rounds, antibiotic ward rounds, and other meetings to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, patient-focused pharmaceutical care.
- Practice as a Prescriber: Practice as a prescriber in your area of expertise, providing direct high-quality care to patients.
- Ensure Appropriate Medication Supply: Ensure timely and appropriate supply of medication to patients in conjunction with dispensary staff.
- MPharm degree
- Registered pharmacist
- Postgraduate certificate or equivalent experience
