WRK Digital is seeking a skilled and experienced RPG Developer to join our growing team of technology professionals. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to contribute to a global ERP support and development team, working on a diverse range of projects within a dynamic environment.

As an integral member of this team, you will play a key role in supporting existing ERP systems, managing small-scale projects, and ensuring successful delivery to defined specifications, timelines, and budgets.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to ERP system users, resolving incidents and problems efficiently.
  • Proactively monitor system health and performance, identifying potential issues before they escalate.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs and requirements for new developments or enhancements.
  • Design, develop, test, and implement solutions that meet specific business objectives.
  • Deliver comprehensive training materials and support to users on implemented solutions.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an RPG Developer, including proficiency in Free Format RPG.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and associated tools.
  • Experience designing and building robust ERP applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
