Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Principal Engineer with a strong background in Reliability Engineering. If you are enthusiastic about engineering and possess the relevant experience, we would love to hear from you.
Key Duties:
- Oversee asset management for all operational equipment
- Ensure optimal reliability and availability through strategic maintenance practices
- Conduct thorough analyses of equipment performance and downtime to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead the execution of installation and capital projects
- Work collaboratively with team members, suppliers, and contractors
Qualifications:
Essential:
- Engineering qualification at Level 3 or higher
- Experience in an engineering maintenance setting
- Self-driven with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
Desirable:
- Familiarity with CMMS systems
- Experience with CAD software
- Project management skills
- Competence in contractor management
