As a Clinical Support Worker, you will work closely with patients who require short to medium-term admission for assessment and treatment. Your primary responsibility will be to support patients when they are distressed, using de-escalation skills as required. You will also be responsible for helping deliver care needs and supporting clinical care standards within the ward environment.
