We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious arts professional to join our team as Artistic Director, responsible for driving forward the creative vision of Wiltshire Music Centre.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of curating, planning, and delivering artistic strategies that incorporate arts, creative learning, and commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive artistic strategy that aligns with the Centre's mission and values
• Lead a team of artists and staff to deliver high-quality artistic programs and events
• Collaborate with the Board and Senior Leadership Team to develop and maintain a diverse and inclusive artistic program
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including artists, funders, and community partners
• Develop and manage budgets to ensure the financial sustainability of the artistic program

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven leadership experience in a performing arts organization
• A strong track record of fundraising, including from individuals and trusts and foundations
• Experience of working with young people, schools, community groups, and a varied range of stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think creatively and strategically
