ZeroAvia stands at the forefront of sustainable aviation, dedicated to the development and commercialization of hydrogen-powered technologies aimed at achieving zero-emission flight. We are seeking an Aerospace Structural Analysis Specialist to enhance our team and contribute to the modification and re-certification of aircraft utilizing our innovative propulsion systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and evaluate aircraft support structures
  • Examine structural integrity and alterations for aircraft systems
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and testing staff
  • Engage in design assessments and equipment validation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Proficiency in finite element model development and analysis
  • Experience in structural simulations and evaluations
  • Understanding of materials, coatings, welding, and manufacturing techniques
  • Expertise in Nx or Solidworks software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Siemens Simcenter/NX Nastran
  • Experience in composite material design, sizing, and failure assessment
  • Awareness of aerospace regulatory standards
  • Comprehensive product design life-cycle experience
