Commercial Gas Engineer Job Description

Job Title: Commercial Gas Engineer Air Conditioning

Location: Winchester

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Competitive salary with OTE of 50K, including overtime, door to door, and call-out payments.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Gas Service and Breakdown Engineer to join our team at Reed Property & Construction. As a Commercial Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting routine commercial servicing and maintenance of gas appliances and systems, adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine commercial servicing and maintenance of gas appliances and systems.
  • Adhere to industry standards and regulations.
  • Work with a variety of gas appliances and systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Competence in Commercial and Domestic Gas with relevant certifications (CCN1, CPA1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CODNCO1, TPCP1/A, ICPN1, CDGA1, CIGA).
  • Commercial catering assessments, Unvented hot water, and Water regulations qualifications would be an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably with experience in Commercial Sites and the Social Housing sector.
  • A clean UK driving license and DBS check will be required.
  • Computer and IT literate, with experience using PDAs or similar devices.
