Job Overview

We are seeking a Cover Supervisor to work with a number of Secondary Schools across Wandsworth and Lambeth. This role offers the opportunity to build up experience in Secondary schools and work flexibly around your schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Cover and supervise pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects.
  • Manage pupils' behavior and ensure they understand the expectations of the lessons.
  • Support and guide pupils with the pre-set work to ensure they reach their full potential.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with KS3, KS4, and 5, which can include experience outside of schools (youth mentor, instructor, club leaders, etc).
  • Display confident classroom management and behavior strategies.
  • Be resilient, reliable, and adaptable to changing environments.
  • Have a passion for education and helping students.
  • UK work experience with a school setting.
