Key Responsibilities- Help customers select the perfect electric vehicle lease, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
- Work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest electric vehicle models, features, and technologies, providing expert knowledge to customers and colleagues alike.
- Contribute to the growth and development of our EV Specialist team, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive success.
- A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per year, with opportunities for OTE up to £60,000.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including hybrid working, 25 days holiday, and enhanced maternity and paternity leave.
- A £500 pa. personal development budget and £100 home office budget to support your growth and well-being.

- 2+ years of experience in car sales or lease sales, with a proven track record of success.

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
