Conveyancing Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our team at The Talent Crowd. As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of property transactions, ensuring timely and efficient completion of sales and purchases.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
- Conduct thorough searches and due diligence on properties, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Prepare and review contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on transaction progress.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Conveyancer or Fee Earner.
- Strong understanding of the conveyancing process, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple transactions and deadlines.
