Electrical Engineering Project Manager Job

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Octagon Group. As a key member of our custom power supply design team, you will be responsible for leading global product development projects, mentoring teams to success, and ensuring ISO 9001 compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex electronics projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customers to create innovative solutions that meet their needs.
  • Partner with manufacturing to enhance product quality and cost-efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in electronics engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading electronics projects from concept to manufacture.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Agile experience or PMI certification is a plus.
