Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Planning Administrator to join our team at Brevere Group. As a key member of our Financial Services team, you will provide administrative support to our Financial Advisers and paraplanning team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide business support to Financial Advisers, working within the agreed business objectives and ensuring timely and accurate processing of all client documents.
  • Administrative support to encompass the processing of new business and client valuations, including maintaining and updating client information.
  • Issue and chase Letters of Authority, as well as chasing financial information from clients.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to meet expectations of clients, and colleagues.
  • Process and manage client queries in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Outlook.
  • Relevant experience within Financial Services, with a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Experience with IO Intelligent Office would be an advantage.
