As a Mobile Fabric/Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for providing essential maintenance services across various retail locations. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £31,000, along with a company van, fuel card, and generous holiday benefits.

Join a leading organization in Total Facilities Management, partnering with a prominent energy corporation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across multiple sites.
- Perform service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of building services equipment.
- Engage in general fabric repairs, including door installations, handle repairs, skirting board adjustments, and painting tasks.
- Manage a door-to-door schedule from Monday to Friday, working from 8 AM to 5 PM.
- Utilize a company van and fuel card for daily operations.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in building fabric maintenance or multi-skilled commercial maintenance.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to foster positive client relationships.
- Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance.
- A valid UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Preferred qualifications include a Level 2 certification in Carpentry or Plumbing, though not mandatory.
