Build Space Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Lead Commercial Strategist to oversee a significant Rail initiative in London. This project has been in progress for an extended period, with the completion forecasted to occur within the near future.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in claims management and arbitration, as the project has encountered various challenges leading to disputes regarding delays and accountability.
Responsibilities of the Lead Commercial Strategist:
- Conducting thorough reviews of cost and commercial management alongside relevant operational data from the initial phases through to project completion.
- Contributing to a comprehensive, analytical report intended for use in dispute resolution processes.
- Collaborating with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Addressing and resolving ongoing commercial challenges.
- Assisting the Commercial Team to ensure efficient project closure and final account settlements.
Experience Required for the Lead Commercial Strategist:
- At least 10 years of post-qualification experience.
- A degree in a relevant field.
- Essential experience in Rail and Infrastructure sectors.
- Proven background in claims management and arbitration.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
