Right at Home Aylesbury is a local, quality, homecare provider that supports vulnerable adults to receive the care and companionship they need in their own home.
We are seeking friendly, reliable, and caring individuals to join our team of Community Care Assistants. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide full training and encourage candidates from all sectors to apply.
Our Care Assistants play a vital role in delivering high-quality care, and we offer a minimum of one hour support visits to ensure our clients receive the attention they deserve.
As a Care Assistant with Right at Home, you will have access to:

Key Responsibilities:
- Motivate clients to get the most out of their day.
- Provide personal care, including administering medication and assisting with washing and dressing.
- Assist clients with shopping, housekeeping, and meal preparation.
- Take clients for appointments or outings.
Requirements:
- Hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
- Have the right to work in the UK (we hold a sponsorship licence).
- Be available to work early mornings (from 7am) or evenings (from 4pm) on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Commit to attending a 4-day training course.
- Have or be willing to obtain business vehicle insurance.
