As a Senior Store Manager within the charity sector, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of a prominent retail outlet. Your primary objective will be to enhance revenue generation while ensuring that all performance targets are consistently achieved and surpassed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Area Manager to assess stock needs and maintain the store's operational standards.
- Ensure the store operates smoothly in alignment with organizational policies.
- Achieve annual financial goals and contribute to overall store profitability.
- Monitor and drive performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead, mentor, and develop your team to foster a positive work environment.
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members.

- Engage with the local community to promote store initiatives.
- Recruit and manage volunteers to support store operations.
Required Experience:
