Position Overview:
As a Senior Store Manager within the charity sector, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of a prominent retail outlet. Your primary objective will be to enhance revenue generation while ensuring that all performance targets are consistently achieved and surpassed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the Area Manager to assess stock needs and maintain the store's operational standards.
  • Ensure the store operates smoothly in alignment with organizational policies.
  • Achieve annual financial goals and contribute to overall store profitability.
  • Monitor and drive performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
