Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines, presses, robots, chemical treatment plants, ovens, and burners to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues to minimize production losses and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule to ensure all equipment is properly serviced and calibrated.
Requirements
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
