Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Store Manager to join our team at Sue Ryder Charity Shop in Walsall. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, pushing sales, and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
- Work closely with the local community to generate sufficient donated stock to drive sales and support our charity's mission.
- Set high standards of merchandising and housekeeping, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for yourself and your team.
- Manage stock processes to ensure the shop is well merchandised with fresh, seasonal stock at all times.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Sue Ryder, supporting in-store campaigns to promote the brand and national fundraising initiatives.
